i-qbox Instructor Led Training is a comprehensive course administration solution. It has been developed to meet the requirements of in-house training departments and enables companies to save costs in the area of further education management.
Participants can keep track of their course reservations and may cancel them at any time. The configuration options allow course administrators to confirm course registrations, place participants on the waiting list or to reject registrations. The system generates a user-configurable confirmation e-mail which is automatically sent to participants and their superiors if the approval flow is activated.
The workflow management feature reminds users in time of their course preparation and follow-up tasks. The calendar view presents a quick overview of course dates, room reservations and instructor placements.
